The resultant demand calls for a company with the wealth of knowledge and expertise to deliver the required genuine land, property and consultancy to customers. This is where we come in.

At Wezesha Real Estate Ltd, we understand that today's real estate investor is not only seeking a channel to place funds, but is also keen on avenues of capital appreciation, stability of funds invested and ultimately a consistent income stream in days to come.

We therefore offer our clients diverse options and accompanying information on each option for them to make fully informed decisions that would perfectly fit their objectives and satisfy their investment needs. We are therefore not conned by traditional real estate boundaries when it comes to buying, selling and real estate consulting. Instead we are always using our entrepreneurial expertise and value-added approach including new and innovative ways to satisfy our client's needs and be at the forefront of the property market.

We also have a diaspora department, dealing with clients who are abroad and would like to purchase and develop property in Kenya at an affordable fee and with the required assurance that their investment is in good hands, even when they are away. We recognize that the clients abroad would like to invest back home, but would prefer formal channels that provide accountability and progress reports on the use of their funds, which friends and relatives may not offer. We facilitate this effectively in collaboration and constant communication with them.
